What to do, watch, read and shop this fall? Welcome to another episode of the popular “This & That” section of No Time for Style! Even if it doesn’t seem like it, putting together a column of things I liked to do, watch, read and shop this month isn’t a 5-minute affair, but I finally made it! And if you also have some interesting September reports, comment on this post: it will be useful to all readers!
SO WHAT TO DO, WATCH, READ AND SHOP THIS FALL?
1 – FILMS & TV SERIES
I didn’t watch much TV and Netflix this month, I confess. But on the advice of a friend I enjoyed (twice, in streaming) this film version of Jane Eyre. What can I say, beautiful film, beautiful actors, almost too much for those who have read and loved this novel. But still compelling and scenographically enjoyable!
2 – TRAVEL
After a hard-fought and sweaty August in the city, where I worked like a madwoman, “delighted” by the viewing of photos, films, posts of other people’s holidays on various social networks, finally I left too (well, from the director’s office they tell me not to be too much of a victim, after the really great trip I made in July! I’ll stop it right away, sorry)!
We have in fact granted ourselves a wonderful holiday in Rhodes, a week of pure relaxation, with a perfect climate and the right number of people. It’s the fifth time we’ve gone to Rhodes, which for me is the right mix of home air and a change of scenery. I love Greece!
In any case, for those who can, don’t have small children etc. I find that autumn is the most beautiful season to travel! The climate is perfect in many parts of the world, including the Mediterranean, the prices for trips and flights go down and, above all, many places are by far calmer than in August, to the benefit of a quieter tourism, all to enjoy.
Me, finally relaxed during a romantic dinner on the beach… Lazy holidays are a must!
And, speaking of travel, I invite you to discover the fantastic offers of Rolling Pandas, a beautiful travel and holiday portal for which I recently became an Ambassador, where you will find many beautiful proposals for a great autumn trip.
Are you short of the right company for a trip? Take a look at this project: “Il viaggio è donna!” To me it immediately seemed like a great idea and a beautiful project!

3 – BOOKS
I love to read a great personal growth book, every now and then! 🙂
3 – SHOPPING
I started to make some small purchases for next season, but really in a very selective way so far. As I may have already written, I finally found the dark orange blouse I had been looking for a long time for, in the exact shade of color.
Given the price I did not expect too much, but it is very nice, well finished and fits absolutely perfect! HERE you can buy the same model in many other colors.
Moreover, after terrible days of abstinence (it was like staying without my morning coffee, no other product even comes close to the effectiveness of this eye contour serum by The Ordinary, seriously!), I finally stocked up on this fabulous product with a prodigious lifting and draining effect:
… and I also bought new bluetooth 5.0 headphones, simply perfect and already used on the plane and on holiday! No wonder they are an Amazon bestseller product!
4 – BEAUTY
To do good to my hair, both on holiday and immediately afterwards, I applied this gorgeous LUSH product for healthy hair roots once a week.
The description on the LUSH website says:
Among other things, thanks to the mint contained in the product it has a heavenly scent and gives your scalp a feeling of freshness that, especially in summer, is simply fantastic and regenerating. A winner!
5 – VIDEOS
