Usually, at this point of the winter I lack inspiration for my outfits, also because I’m naturally drawn toward my usual minimalist outfits: and usually these outfits are somehow monochromatic, with a lot of neutral shades.
Sometimes, to add a special touch to my looks, I seek inspiration in a single item or accessory in my wardrobe.
A couple of days ago I bought this very soft and comfy scarf on ASOS. I already adore it! One of the most seen winter trends is without any doubt the check and tartan prints trend. But since I don’t particularly like the traditional tartan print, I decided to search for a variation of this particular print. This is why I bought this “revisited” check scarf in black, with the addition of some flashy color spots (yellow and cobalt blue).
The cobalt/china blue of the scarf reminded me that I already own the cobalt blue jeans I’m wearing in these pictures (a pair of very old J Brand jeans I usually only use in the summer) and even a pair of great matching Dublos earrings!
What I’m wearing:
Scarf, ASOS, HERE. (It’s on sale now!!)
Earrings, Dublos, similar HERE. (These are beautiful!)
Merino wool turtleneck sweater, old, D&G, similar HERE.
Bag, Givenchy, old, available in other beautiful classic colors HERE.
